La cirugía peniana no es útil en el tratamiento de la eyaculación precoz

Tengo eyaculación precoz y es muy molesta, he leído al respecto de la cirugía de los ervios para la eyaculación precoz. Es de utilidad en estos casos?
NO.
La cirugía de neurotomía para el tratamiento de la eyaculación precoz es considerada por la Acociación Europea de Urología y la Sociedade Brasileira de Urologia como cirugías experimentales, con muy poca experiencia mundial y NO la recomiendan; ad pie litera les copio:
".....SURGERY FOR PREMATUR EYACULATION
Several authors have reported the use of surgically induced penile hypo-anesthesia via selective dorsal nerve neurotomy or hyaluronic acid gel glans penis augmentation in the treatment of lifelong PE refractory to behavioral and/or pharmacological treatment133, 134. The role of surgery in the management of PE remains unclear until the results of further studies have been reported.
There is level 4 evidence i.e. no evidence, to suggest that selective dorsal nerve
neurotomy or hyaluronic acid gel glans penis augmentation are effective treatments for PE. Surgery may be associated with permanent loss of sexual function and is currently not recommended in the management of PE...."
